About the Role: We are looking for an experienced Identity & Access Management Specialist with a strong background in designing, executing and handling robust IAM techniques and services to safeguard our customer's information assets. The function includes making sure secure and efficient access to resources, reducing expert hazards and enhancing overall cyber strength. Reporting to the Cyber Resilience Manager this function is critical in keeping a safe and effective access control environment. You will be implementing IAM strategies, making sure compliance with policies and handling access to resources successfully, this function considerably Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute an extensive IAM strategy lined up with the Cyber Security Strategy. Design IAM architectures that support safe and efficient gain access to manages across the company. Establish and impose access governance policies and treatments. Conduct routine gain access to evaluations and accreditations to ensure compliance with security policies and regulatory requirements. Design and implement processes for the whole identity lifecycle, including joiners, movers and leavers (JML). Implement and handle PAM solutions to manage and monitor fortunate access. Develop and enhance IAM-related incident response plans to attend to potential security incidents. Qualifications: Proven experience in IAM or associated functions. In-depth knowledge of IAM principles, technologies, and finest practices. Familiarity with IAM structures and standards. Strong analytical and analytical skills. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Cyber Security, Information Technology or related field.
