Team Charlotte is a varied 8,000 plus group working 24/7 to serve the 15th largest city in the United States. We are building a team with a passion for service, continual knowing and shared development.
Our company believe that variety is the essential to serving our neighborhood with integrity, justice and equity and we seek to produce a workforce that shows that belief. Departments supply services including: authorities and fire protection, waste and recyclables collection, water and sewage system services, roadway building and construction and maintenance, transit services, planning and development services and operation of Charlotte Douglas International Airport.
